Guidelines for Abstract submission
An abstract submission is required for both oral and poster presentations.
Abstracts will be submitted by email at 14iczegar@bio.auth.gr no later than the 12th of May 2019.
- Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged by e-mail to the submitting author only.
- Each abstract will be reviewed by members of the scientific committee. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation and a larger number will be accepted for poster presentation.
- Acceptance of abstracts will be advised to the submitting author by May 30, 2019. This notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail.
- If an abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register and present it in person.
- Final notification indicating the day and time of their presentation and providing information on procedures for check-in at the Congress speakers’ desk will be available on the website in June 2019.
